Each day of this retreat is unique. You will be experiencing different modalities that bring together the 5 senses to show you how to live life with flow, intuition and a deep connection to nature and yourself.
Horses - A perfect balance of confidence - compassion - and communication
Learn the secret language of horses and how a 1200 pound animal can heal old wounds, inspire confidence and create connection. You will be handling, playing and exploring with the horses!
Meditation - Get Clarity and Calmness
Relieve stress and anxiety, improve sleep and provide you with clearness of mind with this unique walking mediation with horses.
Sisterhood - A Crucial Connection
Meet and grow with other amazing like-minded women to share community and make memories.
Releasing of old beliefs - Theta Healing
As an Advanced Certified Theta healer, Jen will work with you to release and resolve old limiting beliefs and heal childhood and generational wounds.
A Natural Space - Celebrate life in nature
Grounding, earthing, a connection to Mother Earth and cleansing energies. Just get out in nature!
Throughout the retreat you will experience horses in a way you will not find anywhere else in the world. Understand the four personas of the horses and how you relate to each one of them. Learn about horse behavior and how the way they think isn't so different from ours.
Venue
This retreat will take place at Zenerjen, a beautiful equine sanctuary located in Lake Worth, FL, Near West Palm Beach. Accommodations included (limited space availalbe)
Food
Wonderful welcome dinner on Wednesday night and meditation as the moon rises over the barn.
All meals are included! If you go hungry here, that's on you!
With health and wellness in mind, we will be serving simple and delicious meals. Should you require any special requests or diet concerns, please let us know prior to the event.
Logistics
Pick your dates! There are multiple dates available for this experience, it's up to you! (Dates listed below, pick your date once you've registered, registrations good till December 31, 2024.)
All equipment and ancillary needs associated to the being around and handling horses are provided.
You are welcome to camp in the barn and connect with the horses! (Optional)
Limited onsite accommodations included at my home (pictured below). Local hotels are also available (but not included), please inquire for our list of preferred hotels in the area.
